HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Participation in the British Keelboat League does come at a cost. However, we at the BKL have managed to secure sponsors and work with local clubs to limited the entry fee being a barrier to participation.
Thanks to RS Sailing, the RYA, Bainbridge and Selden for supporting the British Keelboat League.
Also, a huge thank you to each of the host clubs:
- Draycote Water Sailing Club
- Royal Corinthian Yacht Club
- Royal Lymington Yacht Club
- Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club
- Royal Southern Yacht Club
- Royal Thames Yacht Club
- Royal Western Yacht Club
- Ullswater Yacht Club
Please see our flat rate pricing for entry in to one of the regional qualifiers.
All qualifiers – £300 per team (That’s just £75 per crew member)
Youth Qualifier – £300 per team (once again, that’s just £75 per crew member)
This price includes:
- Delivery and preparation of boats at the event venue

The finals will take place over three days and the event entry cost has been adjusted accordingly to £450.
Entry to the final will bring together the best teams from each region and attend a party at 60 Knightsbridge, Central London, the home of the Royal Thames Yacht Club.
